Return Instructions
Enter your Order ID and AWB (Tracking) Number correctly.
Select the reason for return from the available options.
Upload clear images of the product highlighting the issue (if applicable).
Ensure the product is in its original condition with packaging, labels, and invoice.
Return Eligibility
Returns must be requested within 10 days of delivery.
The product must be in original packaging.
Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling will not be eligible.
Refund & Processing
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will initiate the return process.
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after successful quality check.
The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
